Aloha! My name is Sara LeBeau (she/her) Outside of bodywork, I’ve always had a curious, adventurous spirit. I spent years traveling and working as a nanny in places like Spain, Australia, and Hawaii, where I ended up calling home for five years. Those experiences really shaped the way I see the world and deepened my connection to people, culture, and nature. Nature, especially, has always been my greatest teacher. I honor my own seasons the way the earth moves through hers — with times of rest, growth, shedding, and blossoming. The ocean has been a big inspiration for me, too. Its rhythms mirror our own: sometimes calm, sometimes wild, always shifting, always reminding me to flow with life rather than fight against it. My love for bodywork started long before it became my career. When I was 16 and struggling with my mental health and chronic neck pain, I discovered massage therapy. Monthly bodywork sessions changed my life — they helped me be present in my body and gave me a way to truly care for myself. For over a decade, it’s been the pillar of my self-care, teaching me again and again that healing is possible when we listen inward. I also love being creative — writing, poetry, and storytelling have always been part of me. I find so much meaning in words and the way they can connect us to ourselves and each other. And at the heart of it all, I just really value slowing down, being present, and finding joy in the simple moments
